Guangzhou University research team led by Associate Professor Qiao Yunbo from the School of Life Sciences, published their latest research entitled Structure-guided Engineering of Adenine Base Editor with Minimized RNA Off-Targeting Activity on Nature Communication, one of the top international journals in life sciences. Researchers improved the gene editing tools to significantly reduce the RNA off-target effect of adenine base editor.
