The article completed by Guangzhou University(GZHU) as the second author was published on Science. The research measured a photovoltaic efficiency of 24.5%, with exceptional stability of T99 (time required to preserve 99% of initial photovoltaic efficiency) of >2000 hours, implying that the 3D/2D bilayer inherits the intrinsic durability of 2D perovskite without compromising efficiency.
Associate Professor Wang Yafei from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of GZHU, the second author of the article, mainly engaged in the research and development of solvent engineering technology in this work. Guangzhou University is the third participating unit in this research.
