Academic discussion in sessionGroup photoSino-French Bilateral Green Chemistry Conference (2011) was held at SCUT from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2. ZHU Min, SCUT vice-president, and Mr. Bruno Bisson from the French Consulate in Guangzhou attended the conference and gave an address.ZHU expressed a warm welcome to the delegates on behalf of SCUT and hoped that the expert attendees could seek the chance to make profound discussions in the field of green chemistry and strengthen the cooperation between China and France in relevant fields.Professor JIANG Huanfeng, vice dean of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, presided over the conference. About 100 delegates from universities and institutes in China and France attended the conference.During the conference, the participants have made presentations on their research areas, exchanging ideas and making discussions on various topics in green chemistry.
