Guangzhou University, September 26, 2013:Forty National Undergraduate Innovative Entrepreneurship Training Projects from our university get censored by the Ministry of Education, as indicated in the newly released 2013 Honor List , which includes 25 training innovation programs and 15 entrepreneurship training programs scattered in two categories.
The National Program, involving the joint efforts of the nation, the province and individual universities, comprises innovative training project, entrepreneurship training project and entrepreneurial practice project, which are designed to explore and establish a teaching patterns based on problem solution and project exploration in universities, to advocate edcation reform focused on undergraduate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training, to expose students at an earlier stage to engineering, social practice and academic research. In this way, students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity can be mobilized, their sense of innovation, entrepreneurial thinking can be stimulated, and the scientific analysis and problem solving capability can be tempered to meet the preospective comprehensive career challenges.
In 2012, the work plan to construct an innovation and entrepreneurship training base in our university on the national level was approved by the Education Ministry, preceding other local colleges.
