On the afternoon of October 30, Ouyang Qian, secretary of the CPC Guangzhou University Committee and chairman of the university council, met with Professor Scott Bowman, President of Charles Darwin University (CDU) from Australia, and his delegation during their visit for the 2024 Guangzhou International Sister City University Alliance series of events at the university city campus.
