On June 24, nameplate-unveiling ceremony was hosted for the only university key laboratory of philosophy of social sciences in Guangdong Province; the Key Laborabory for Juveniles Mental Health and Educational Neuroscience. Le Guo'an, Chairman of Chinese Psychological Association, Guo Chunyuan, Dean of School of Psychology of Capital Normal University, Gao Dingguo, Director of Psychology Major of Sun Yat-sen University attended the nameplate-unveiling ceremony.
The Laboratory has undertaken more than ten national natural and social science projects as well as 18 provincial projects. It also produced numerous academic dissertations in key journals, serving to social and economic development of Guangdong Province and to the implementation of innovative strategy.
