From July 10 to 12, 2025, a delegation led by Dr.Ouyang Qian, party secretary and chairman of the University Council, paid an official visit respectively to the University of Macau (UM), Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), City University of Macau (CityU), and Macau Millennium College (MMC). These visits forged significant advances in academic cooperation and regional partnership among higher educational institutions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA). Chairman Ouyang also attended and addressed the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance (GHMUA) Summit and Presidents' Forum at UM.
