To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Iran, the "Review and Vision-Chinese and Sinology in Iran" video seminar was held by Chinese and Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Embassy in Iran and Tehran University on September 15th. Tian Xuejun, Vice Minister of Education of China, Sarar Amali, Executive Vice Minister of Scientific Research and Technology of Iran, Fu Lihua, Mohammed Nili Abadi, President of Tehran University of Iran and leaders of over 20 universities from China and Iran attended the meeting. Participants discussed about jointly educating students, staff exchanges and the establishment of research centers. Professor Qu Shaobing, Chairman of Guangzhou University Council, gave a speech in the meeting.
