On March 28, Professor Wu Kaijun, Vice-President of Guangzhou University attended the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of the City University of Macau and signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two universities. Director of the International Office and other responsible people participated in the activities.
The 1st President Forum on University Development and the Preparatory Roundtable on Global Alliance of Metropolitan Universities was hosted as a part of celebrating activities. Presidents of 29 universities at home and abroad attended the forum online and offline. Vice-President Wu Kaijun gave a keynote speech in the Forum.
The two universities have maintained collaboration in research, faculty and students exchanges for a long time and the signing of MOU will open a new chapter for cooperation. Both of them will serve to accelerating the development of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area under concerted efforts.
