LING W en-quan, professor, a well-know psychologist, supervisor of doctoral students and Dirdctor of the Socio-psychology Research Institute of Guangzhou University. He specialzes in Industrial Psychology and Enterprise Management. He was the former Deputy Director of Academic Degree Committee subordinate to the Chinese Academy of Science. Professor LING has had nine monographs and over 100 research papers published. He is the winner of three 2nd Class Prize for Humanities and Social Sciences at ministry and commission leels, and one 1st Class Prize for Humanities and one 1st Class Prize for Humanitities and Social ciences by Guangdong Province.
