FANG Li-luo, professor, a well recogized psychologist, spervisor of docoral students, Director of the Socio-Psychology Association of Guangdong Province, and research fellow of the Socio-psychology Research Institute of Guangzhou University. She is mainly engaged in research work in the area of Industrial Psychology. She has so far had eight monographs and up to 100 research papers published, and won three 2nd class prizes and one 3rd class prize for scientific and technological advacement at ministry and commission levels. She is now executive member of the Central Committee of the Nationalist Party, member of the Chinese Plotical Consultative Conference and executive member of the All-China Women's Federation.
